how to deactivate social media accounts to take a break.

 Sometimes a person might need a break from social media platforms to calm down and cure depression and anxiety if social media really triggers them, so here all the social media platforms as steps to take a break. ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

1. Facebook

So, to deactivate your Facebook account (temporary) and you can come back anytime you want.
1. Select Settings and Privacy.
2. Select Facebook Information on the left column.
3. Click on the deletion and deactivation.
4. Deactivation and continue but know the following instructions to confirm.
 
👉 Important: when the account is deactivated.
- no one will see the account.
- some information might be visible like messages.
- you can still chat on messenger.
-Facebook profile picture will be available in chat on messenger

2. Instagram.

So, to deactivate Instagram (temporary) and you can come back again.
1. log in from a computer not a phone. 
2. click on the profile, then edit profile.
3. scroll down until you find temporary disable account.

👉 Important: when you come back to log in again, you need to remember your account and its password in order to get in again.

3. Twitter.

1. click on the three dots (more), then click on settings and privacy.
2. read the deactivation forms then click the deactivate.
3. confirm the password then click deactivate button.

👉 Important: when deactivated:
1. you twitter account will be not available including profile, username and display name.
2. after 30 days of deactivation you can still manage to activate your account but check abd read the tips first.
