How to self care for a day!

Hello, today we will talk about taking care about your self, tips and tricks to relax for the day, enjoying it, eating good food and feel better.

šŸ‘‰ if you are busy most of the time, just pick a day in the week to have it all by yourself and take care of your body.

Waking up: 

-  stay in bed until you feel that you want to get up, don't be on your phone a lot though, because social media will not be a part of this day.

- go to bathroom, wake up and shower if you need, brush your hair and teeth.

- wear comfy clothes and go get breakfast ( big healthy breakfast, not too much carbs nor fats).

- go fix the mess in you room and put a last ouch of perfume in the room.

-  start writing your problems down, any feelings that you have and get it all out.

- if you feel better by working out i suggest to work out dancing or doing Zumba on Tv

Mid Day:

- eat some snacks, lunch or drink a smoothie that will be good for your body.

- watch some movies on television.

- do some work if you will feel less stressed about it but listen to music while working.

- start reading any kind of book while at the garden or anyplace that have any kind of sunlight.

Night:

- eat something that will make you happy, but preferably something that won't disturb you at night to not make you feel tired through sleeping.

- start doing face routine, take a shower, scrub and watch your hair well then after showering put body lotion and face cream.

- wear the most comfy pajamas and put on some perfume.

- put the tv on and watch a good motivational movie to be in a motivational mood.

- put down the lights and drift to sleep.

What's ur first flashback/memory?

 What's Happening? I just love flashbacks when I was younger, it's amazing how the human mind reminds you of small details but at the same time, I don't remember what I ate yesterday lmao, anyways I'm going to write the flashbacks that happened to me when I was younger, and funny memories as well! Pool time? My first flashback is my first memory but it's a horrible memory though, it's a very dark and horrible time to me, so to begin with it was my first time getting stitches and was on my chin, what happened was I was copying what my friend was doing in the pool as she was jumping in the pool from behind which turning her back to the pool and jumping backward, so i was a little young girl who was five at the time, but what happened was when I copied her I didn't get far enough when jumped to the pool so my chin hit the edge and injured myself, so I really remember my point of view of people getting me out of the pool and rushing me to the doctor, which was h...

Changes you need if you want to love yourself more.

 What's Happening? Just Love Yourself The more I grow the more my mindset changes about different situations I had when I was younger, the way I feel about life these days makes me regret wishing that I want to grow up and see the world as a really dark place, I'm saying here that there is a better way to live instead of feeling depressed about yourself.
