👉 if you are busy most of the time, just pick a day in the week to have it all by yourself and take care of your body.
Waking up:
- stay in bed until you feel that you want to get up, don't be on your phone a lot though, because social media will not be a part of this day.
- go to bathroom, wake up and shower if you need, brush your hair and teeth.
- wear comfy clothes and go get breakfast ( big healthy breakfast, not too much carbs nor fats).
- go fix the mess in you room and put a last ouch of perfume in the room.
- start writing your problems down, any feelings that you have and get it all out.
- if you feel better by working out i suggest to work out dancing or doing Zumba on Tv
Mid Day:
- eat some snacks, lunch or drink a smoothie that will be good for your body.
- watch some movies on television.
- do some work if you will feel less stressed about it but listen to music while working.
- start reading any kind of book while at the garden or anyplace that have any kind of sunlight.
