1. Frozen heathy ice cream.
Steps:
👉 Cut some bananas.
👉 Get a flavored yogurt.
👉 Dip the bananas inside the yogurt and put them in the freezer.
2 Hours later:

one of the best healthy snacks that I personally recommended.
3. Rice cake and Almond Butter
this one is so good, for a while it made me replace bread with rice cake.
you can add any fruit if you like.
4. Replace the Toast or bread with bell pepper.
You can make a sandwich of any kind of cheese you like, and put some seasonings and it will taste even better.

5. Dark Chocolate, Bananas and almonds.
one of the best snacks I've ever eaten.
Steps:
👉 Split a banana into half and cut it in a vertical line.
👉 Put the dark chocolate in hot water until it melts and cut some almonds.
