As the amazing actor declared couple of things in 2020 which is the year of health as she determined her goals in life and acting upon it, as she began and finished her goal weight in November 2020 as well she trains with the amazing fitness coach Jano Castano while using the mayr method for losing weight.

through her Instagram posts she's seems happier with th changes she did for her life while posting many confident poses in her swimsuit, what the best in her posts that she is confident in all her looks and shapes of her size, as her goal weight in 2020 was to get to 165 pounds, a what she did she changed her life habits step by step, started exercising more as she describes it and trying to avoid any kind of suger and junk food as well.

when she was in an interview with the show "The Drew Berrymore Show" as she felt better and healthier, as her goal was never too skinny, she loves her curves as she described her bad healthy habits as emotional eating with the stress of being famous, as she stated that now she have total control on herself and have a better mental health changes.
