What Happened in Miami?

A building in Miami has collapsed and been destroyed, and officials say 158 people are missing. Although the cause has not been determined, four people have died and 11 have been injured, as of now.

People were wondering how a whole building could collapse so easily, a 12 story building that housed 136 Miami but had been warned by the contractors that it is not safe to build a building on a beach because of the sand, a beach like Miami with waves of Miami but still not the main cause of this collapse.

According to the mayor of Miami, he was aware that the building was old, but it was similar to other buildings under construction, and they had previously done some roof work and had a crane in that building.

“There’s no reason for this building to go down like that,” Burkett said, “unless someone literally pulls out the supports from underneath, or they get washed out, or there’s a sinkhole or something like that, because it just went down.” I mean it looks like a bomb went off, but we're pretty sure a bomb didn't go off," the mayor told NBC’s “TODAY” show.

The president declared an emergency declaration for Florida, which means he will help the state agencies with the relief effort as hundreds of rescuers and police dogs searched for all the missing people as well as there were teams below the building to see the car if there were any victims in there.

The Mayor Daniella Levine Cava stated that

"they will do anything in his power to locate the survivors, will continue searching and rescue because we still have hope to find people alive"

Some teams heard knocking and banging, and officials warned that efforts from survivors were dangerous because other issues, such as rain and storms, made it more difficult to locate others in the building.

People are saying that this is a real wake-up call for all the buildings on the sand on Miami Beach, as many specialists, particularly climate scientists and geologists, have warned about this problem for a long time, because this beach is a mixture of sand and mud, which naturally provides protection for the shoreline.

Many comments said that it sounded like the 9-11 attacks, others said it was a disturbing sight and, lastly, one of the neighbors stated, "When we opened the door, there was no building there, it was just a pile of rubble," he said.

What's ur first flashback/memory?

What's Happening? I just love flashbacks when I was younger, it's amazing how the human mind reminds you of small details but at the same time, I don't remember what I ate yesterday lmao, anyways I'm going to write the flashbacks that happened to me when I was younger, and funny memories as well! Pool time? My first flashback is my first memory but it's a horrible memory though, it's a very dark and horrible time to me, so to begin with it was my first time getting stitches and was on my chin, what happened was I was copying what my friend was doing in the pool as she was jumping in the pool from behind which turning her back to the pool and jumping backward, so i was a little young girl who was five at the time, but what happened was when I copied her I didn't get far enough when jumped to the pool so my chin hit the edge and injured myself, so I really remember my point of view of people getting me out of the pool and rushing me to the doctor, which was h

5 Inventions that were done by Women!

What's Happening?  Top inventions that were made by women changed the world, let's praise them! 1. Medical syringe to be honest, I never knew that who did the syringe and always had no information about women doing any inventions I don't know why but this invention was done by Letitia Geer and was done in 1899, as they did the syringe that required two hands to do the injections correctly without resulting any harm, so basically, she invented the syringe that required only one hand that all medical practices use it now! "Her syringe design includes a cylinder, piston rod, a handle, and nozzle. The piston rod had a U-shaped handle for easier grip. The handle was designed in a way to be reached even in extreme positions. The hook at the free end of the syringe prevented hands from slipping." As her syringe had a lot of benefits because it was cheap and can easily be used and done by only using one hand, as it's easy to use by any person, she died at the age of
