Britany Spears speaks about her conservatorship:

So what is Conservatorship, it is basically an agreement for people that don't have any type of control in her life like financially and legally, they have the right to control and take their own decision in anything, Britany have this agreement because she had problems with her mental health because she lost her autonomy in 2018, so after this time she lived under this agreement and did a total of four albums and appeared on Xfactor and American Idol as a judge, and had  four-year residency in Las Vegas which 138 million dollar! 

So basically Britany have the Conservatorship on all the majority of her life like medical, personal and financial statement, arrangement with her two boys that is under her ex husband custody "Kevin Federline."

We all known that Britany hasn't been in control of her life for a while now or as stated for 13 years, as for a while now she has been trying for her case in the court trying to arrange a legal conservatorship, on Wednesday she came up spoke directly about the situation that she has been in for multiple years now, she talked to Los Angeles Superior Court judge about what is her intentions and goals that she will say in the court room.

As the Conservatorship is controlled her father, Jamie Spears, but now in 2020 is controlled by her  lawyer  "Samuel D. Ingham III" as in 2019 she filled a file to stop her father as a conservator and she told that she won't preform unless to change her conservator but he had to due to health issues happening.

In court, Jamie wanted a third party to be conservator but the judge objected and overruled about this but a wealthy company became a co- conservator to manage Britany's Financial status as his name was Bessemer Trust but Jamie is the main conservator when it coms to personal and medical agreements.  

Brittany wanting to talk to the court but no one knows why she wants too, but she never did said anything about this conservator to end, but she stated multiple times about how this conservator saved her from a lot of problems, allowed her to "regain her position as a world class entertainer.".

But one of the weird things that she was forced to put an IUD as she was denied because of this conservatorship to have children, she wanted to get married from her boyfriend and get more children bit the conservators didn't approve as even Brittney accused them that she anted to remove the IUD to have more children but they didn't approve. as there are alot of people tweeting hashtags #FreeBirtney and wishing her the best and hoping that she gets out of this conservatorship.

She quoted " “I’ve lied and told the whole world I’m okay and I’m happy. I’ve been in denial. I’ve been in shock. I am traumatized, I’m not happy. I can’t sleep. I’m so angry it’s insane. And I’m depressed. I cry every day.
I just want my life back.
I feel ganged up on and I feel bullied and I feel left out and alone. I deserve to have the same rights as anybody does, by having a child, a family, any of those things.”

 

Also quoted “They watched me change everyday-naked-morning,noon,and night. My body-I had no privacy door for my room.  I gave eight viles of blood a week.”

What's ur first flashback/memory?

 What's Happening?
