Who is Hedeya Malak and Alaa Abouelkassem who held the Egyptian flag in the Olympics?

What's Happening?

Hedeya Malak is a Taekwondo fighter chosen by the Egyptian Olympic Committee (EOC) to carry the flag in Olympics of the Tokyo Olympic Games. As Hedeya is one of the first female Egyptians to carry the flag, all the Egyptians are proud, especially female Egyptians, as a role model in Egypt. She won bronze before in the Olympics in 2016 in Rio de Janeiro as that's the reason that the EOC chose her and Alaa to hold the flag together in yesterday's event.

Alaa Abouelkassem is a male fencer who entered the Olympics before and won a silver in 2012, which made him have the qualification to hold the flag with Hedeya.

Hesham Hattab, Head of EOC on the committee’s official Facebook page quoted and said

We chose two olympic champions because we aim to send several messages through our choice. We wanted to motivate all our female and male athletes to succeed, and show them that they will be honoured and celebrated by carrying the country’s flag and leading the delegation

and also stated that

These athletes are worthy to lead the rest of the athletes towards repeating the achievements in Tokyo,

The leadership of the delegation saw an opportunity to send many special messages by choosing the duo, the most important of which is to motivate all players to perform and strive for achievement, and thus receive the appropriate prize, Carrying the flag at the Olympic Games is a great responsibility, and it was necessary for us to confirm that our delegation includes champions that have proven experience in succeeding at the Olympics

This time marks that's two athletes this time is holding the Egyptian flag because there are so many people that entered this edition of the Olympics as this delegation will include 134 athletes in 27 sports.

"Her syringe design includes a cylinder, piston rod, a handle, and nozzle. The piston rod had a U-shaped handle for easier grip. The handle was designed in a way to be reached even in extreme positions. The hook at the free end of the syringe prevented hands from slipping." As her syringe had a lot of benefits because it was cheap and can easily be used and done by only using one hand, as it's easy to use by any person, she died at the age of ...

Pool time? My first flashback is my first memory but it's a horrible memory though, it's a very dark and horrible time to me, so to begin with it was my first time getting stitches and was on my chin, what happened was I was copying what my friend was doing in the pool as she was jumping in the pool from behind which turning her back to the pool and jumping backward, so i was a little young girl who was five at the time, but what happened was when I copied her I didn't get far enough when jumped to the pool so my chin hit the edge and injured myself, so I really remember my point of view of people getting me out of the pool and rushing me to the doctor, which was h...
