What Is Black History Month? Black History celebration is in the month of February, it is a celebration by Africans Americans when they had been recognized in the U.S.A history, one of the people that helped in this process is Carter G. Woodson as he and other African Americans were the reasons that the black history was made. What to do when you get bored.

- Puzzle, always a solution that take boredom away for a couple of hours. - Watching movies, but not recommended. - Take a bath, get some music and just relax. - Face mask, always a god way to feel better and clean.  - Listen to old music that makes you happy. - Drink a big smoothie, search recipes from Pinterest.  - If you have a pet, cuddle with it. - Bake some cookies, or make pizza with lots of mozzarella.  - Start learning a new language, there are so many apps that help you with it.   - Organize the whole house, turn music on and put last touch with some spray that you really like. - Listen to a horror podcast online, just lay on the flour and listen, (if your not into horror I would not  recommend you to listen). - Start a new series, or listen the movies that you have always wanted to watch but never did. - Play video games on your phone, Xbox, PlayStation or laptop.  - Do some yoga, stretch out your body and you will feel better. - Do some exercise, see what is the best type o

How to self care for a day!

Hello, today we will talk about taking care about your self, tips and tricks to relax for the day, enjoying it, eating good food and feel better. ๐Ÿ‘‰ if you are busy most of the time, just pick a day in the week to have it all by yourself and take care of your body. Waking up:  -  stay in bed until you feel that you want to get up, don't be on your phone a lot though, because social media will not be a part of this day. - go to bathroom, wake up and shower if you need, brush your hair and teeth. - wear comfy clothes and go get breakfast ( big healthy breakfast, not too much carbs nor fats). - go fix the mess in you room and put a last ouch of perfume in the room. -  start writing your problems down, any feelings that you have and get it all out. - if you feel better by working out i suggest to work out dancing or doing Zumba on Tv Mid Day: - eat some snacks, lunch or drink a smoothie that will be good for your body. - watch some movies on television. - do some work if you will feel

how to deactivate social media accounts to take a break.

 Sometimes a person might need a break from social media platforms to calm down and cure depression and anxiety if social media really triggers them, so here all the social media platforms as steps to take a break. ( Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) 1. Facebook So, to deactivate your Facebook account (temporary) and you can come back anytime you want. 1. Select Settings and Privacy. 2. How did Wendy Williams lose weight?

Wendy Williams reveled on DR Oz that she lost about 50 pounds of her weight down, and now her weight is 145 pounds, how amazing. She stated on the show that she lost all the extra weight, very slowly because she tried every diet and failed because most of the diet are "stupid". the program that she followed is "Slow and Steady", second she stopped getting on the scale and she also reveled that she is vegan but with a little twist and one of the main reasons that she thought about losing weight while she was doing Pilates she fell and thought about little change and better life for her.
